Up for a challenge?  If so, it’s time to get on your bike (or help promote this ride).  We have several places in this event, both in the 46- and 100-mile ride.  The event takes place in August, so you’ve loads of time to train or get others to take part.

The event takes place on Sunday 16 August in London.  It starts at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follows a route on closed roads through the capital and finishes on The Mall.  It offers a great introduction to cycling on traffic-free roads and is a wonderful way to ride your first sportive.

Registration is free!  But we do ask you to commit to raising as much as possible by seeking sponsorship and maybe holding a fundraising event.  Once registered we will be in touch with hints and tips to help you boost your fundraising as well as further details of the event. You’ll also receive a branded IGA T-shirt.

To secure your place or for more details email Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. You can also book online. To book you place on the 46 mile, click here or, for the 100 mile click here.

The IGA is the only UK charity solely dedicated to supporting and representing people with glaucoma, an eye disease.  Glaucoma is one of the most common causes of preventable blindness. In the UK, 11,000 people are newly diagnosed with the condition each year.

Join team IGA, take part and together we can prevent glaucoma sight loss
