What we do
We provide information and support to glaucoma patients, the general public and professionals working in the eye health sector (eye clinic liaison officer, pharmacists, opticians, nurses, general practitioners, consultants). We also fund research into the detection, management and treatment of glaucoma through a series of joint research grants and provide funding for the post of IGA Professor of Ophthalmology for Glaucoma and Allied Studies, which currently resides with Professor David Garway-Heath.
